Investment Banking Engagement

News0 comments

Britton Hill Capital has been engaged to help a Pharmaceutical Distribution company raise debt financing – in order to facilitate growth in their core markets.

Specifically, one of the factors holding the company back was its reliance on a revolving credit facility secured by goods in its warehouse. This facility was provided by a regional banking group, that was under instructions not to extend additional credit to middle-market companies.

By raising money from institutional investors, the company will be able to :

  • Have more financial flexibility to respond to drug market ebbs and flows
  • Reach an optimal leverage ratio and become more tax efficient
  • Remove onerous covenants, allowing more flexibility in the use of free cash flow
